Problem in installation on Rocks Cluster

Hi

We have recently made a Rocks cluster (sand boa 6.1) and tried installing OpenMC on it. we run into an error and need help

What compiler are you using? It looks like the version of your compiler is insufficient as the statement that causes the error is valid.

these are the compilers which i am using at centos 6.5 and still having the error.

gcc version 4.4.7 20120313 (Red Hat 4.4.7-11) (GCC)
mpif90 for MPICH version 3.1
