I am reaching out to seek advice and/or assistance in this warning as I believe it is the source of my error:
It seems that after convergence the data is not able to be written t the unstructured mesh in the form of a VTK file extension

p.s : I ran the openmc-notebook jupyter-notebook called unstructured mesh part (ii) and II get the same warning. I also get the same issue of no data being written to the vtk or talli.out.
