Missing thermal scattering data after installing OpenMC

Hi,I have the same problem can you help me

I had to reinstall completely from scratch and install a cross section library in order to fix the problem.

I originally accidentally followed a fusion only guide.

I download this file endfb71 and wrote this command in .bashrc.sh.I added screenshot.I’m constantly getting this error, I couldn’t find what I’m missing
