Could not find thermal scattering data c_H_in_H2O in cross_sections.xml file

Even though I have uploaded this file, I get this error when I run the code"ENDF/B-VIII.0". Can you help me?

Does your cross_sections.xml file have an entry for “c_H_in_H2O”? If so, please post that line.

In the NNDC data, the line is

<library materials="c_H_in_H2O" path="c_H_in_H2O.h5" type="thermal" />

@gk61 That is strange. Which cross section library are you using? And how are you specifying what cross sections to use? Are you setting the OPENMC_CROSS_SECTIONS environment variable?

I downloaded this file: LANL ENDF/B-VIII.0 cross-section file and

since windows uses it, I installed the .bashrc file with notepad and saved it this way. I wrote this:

How are you running on Windows? Are you running within a Docker container or are you using WSL?
