Generating h5 files from ENDF-B-viii.0

Hi,

I want to generate H5 files from endf-b-viii.0 at a specific temperature, using a function from python API(OpenMC docs:manually-creating-a-library-from-endf-files), as presented below. It works well on endf-b-vii.0 and endf-b-vii.1, but raises an error when processing endf-b-viii.0. I download all these cross section data from nndc(nndc library)

What can I do to solve this problem?
