I am trying to use model.convert_to_multigroup() to create multi group cross section data from preexisting continuous cross section data but when it runs it says it cannot open an HDF5 file in r mode. I tested all of the files it is trying to reference and all of them were valid names and paths and all could be opened in r mode. Anyone ever have an issue like this?
