Rotating Objects

This is my geometry, and I need to be able to create a reconstruction from the flux data, so I need to be able to get data from 180 angles with a 1 degree increment. I need to rotate everything within the blue ring as though it is all one object, and have struggled to figure out how to do this. If anyone has advice it would be greatly appreciated.
