Plotting voltage data for the effect of radiation source on a p-n diode

So my group has been trying to make a semiconductor detector using a p-n diode reverse bias circuit and although the multimeter connected to the two ends of the diode shows slight changes in voltage when the diode is near a radiation source, it is nearly impossible to obtain appropriate data and plot neat graphs due to the human factor. Is there any code on OpenMC which may allow the user to obtain data on the effect of voltage change on a diode within a circuit due to a nearby radiation source, and plot the data vs time accordingly??
Thnaks in advance!!!

Hi @Saman. That sounds like a very interesting application but I’m not personally aware of any way you could use OpenMC (or another Monte Carlo particle transport code) in order to predict the effect of a radiation source on the voltage drop on a diode.
