During running " Nuclear Data" example from documentation in Notebook, I get error which is given in attached .png file. Is there anything needed to be checked in
openmc.data.IncidentNeutron class?

If you go to the URL that it is trying to download data from: https://t2.lanl.gov/nis/data/data/ENDFB-VII.1-neutron/H/2
You can see that it currently gives “System Unavailable, We are currently performing scheduled maintenance”.
