I am interested in using the multi group binning approach in OpenMC but I am a little bit confused on how to switch it on effectively. The documentation says it needs to be activated via the reaction_rate_mode option in the coupledOperator selecting “flux”. This also requires the energy boundaries to be set in reaction_rate_opts energy array. Then it mentions that FluxCollapseHelper shoud be used. This is were I get a little bit lost. I have searched long and wide for an input example but I couldn’t find any. Could anyone be able to provide an example of a burnup calculation where this option is used?
