can anyone please extend a little hand of help in how to model a CANDU fuel bundle in OpenMC i.e. fuel rods arranged in concentric cylinders.

TO make my question more clear, how to do that using the “lattice” option
There is no way currently to do this using the “lattice” option. You would have to explicitly specify the (x,y) coordinates for each cylinder in the arrangement. Sorry if that is not the answer you were hoping to hear!
