Gravitational forces are not accounted for in OpenMC when computing the trajectory of individual particles. I’m not aware of other codes that account for gravity, and I believe it should be fairly easy to convince yourself that gravity would produce a negligible effect (especially over short distances if you’re simulating a microreactor).
