I am trying to run a depletion calculation using diff_burnable_mats, but when I try to run the simulation it fails with the error that no cross_sections.xml file was specified in the materials.xml file. However, when I set diff_burnable_mats to False the cross_sections file path is in the materials.xml file and runs without a problem. I understand that I can also specify the path as an environment variable, but I would like to avoid that.
Any help would be appreciated.
