# Upadting OpenMC

Hi everyone,

Any recommendation on how to update OpenMC to version 0.11.0?

I used “conda install openmc=0.11.0” to try to get it but without success. Then, I installed version 0.10.0 and to try to update it but also it didn’t work. I used these 2 ways for that purpose:

1. conda update openmc (in terminal)
2. used the anaconda navigator to update the package

Hi Illia,

Some days after that post I updated OpenMC. I updated anaconda ($ conda update anaconda) and later I got OpenMC 0.11.0.
